Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to provide remote outpatient nutrition counseling to a diverse patient population. This role involves delivering evidence-based medical nutrition therapy through telehealth, supporting patients with chronic disease management, weight management, preventive nutrition, and lifestyle change.

The ideal candidate is comfortable providing virtual care, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and supporting patients through individualized nutrition plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual outpatient nutrition counseling via telehealth platform
• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver medical nutrition therapy (MNT) for conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, GI disorders, weight management, and metabolic conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition interventions accordingly
• Document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Educate patients on sustainable lifestyle and dietary changes
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and telehealth best practices

Required Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential (RD/RDN) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Active state licensure in one or more of the following states:

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, obesity, GI disorders)
• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or other specialty certification a plus
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with remote EHR systems and telehealth platforms

The dietitian will work closely with therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support patients through recovery using a weight-inclusive, evidence-based approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual outpatient nutrition counseling for patients with eating disorders and disordered eating
• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans
• Support patients with conditions such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and chronic dieting patterns

• Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition interventions as needed
• Provide meal planning support, exposure work, and recovery-focused nutrition education
• Document patient visits accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and telehealth best practices

Required Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient eating disorder programs, PHP/IOP programs, or private practice
• Familiarity with HAES® (Health at Every Size) and weight-inclusive care models
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Long-Term Care Dietitian to provide remote or hybrid nutrition services for skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This position is ideal for a Registered Dietitian looking for flexible PRN or part-time work while supporting clinical nutrition care, regulatory compliance, and resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote nutrition assessments and reassessments for long-term care residents
• Develop and update individualized nutrition care plans
• Review and approve therapeutic diets and nutrition interventions
• Monitor residents at nutritional risk and provide appropriate recommendations
• Participate in care plan meetings as needed (virtually)
• Support compliance with state and federal regulations related to nutrition services
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Assist with quality assurance and survey readiness related to nutrition services

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required
• Licensed Dietitian (LD) in applicable state(s) or ability to obtain licensure

• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, MDS, and regulatory requirements
• Comfortable working remotely or hybrid and communicating with interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Experience:

• Prior consulting dietitian experience in long-term care
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in skilled nursing facilities
